• If you sign an agreement: your name, email, business, the agreement text, the IP address of the device you used, and the time you signed
• Payment and invoice records, including amounts, due dates, and invoice numbers

How we use your data

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver services, send agreements and payment reminders, issue invoices, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to manage your project and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Signed agreements, payment records, and invoices are kept for the life of the contract and for 6 years after, so we can meet UK tax and record-keeping duties.
